What should a new client know about working with you?

When we work together, you can expect a therapy space that feels safe, compassionate, and real. I take a collaborative approach—you are the expert of your own story, and I bring tools and guidance to help you move toward healing. My style is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and IFS with a nutrition-informed lens, especially for those navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, or postpartum challenges. This means we’ll look at both the emotional and practical pieces of recovery. Sessions are focused on helping you feel understood, building skills for managing the day-to-day, and addressing the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions are about getting to know you—your history, your current struggles, and your hopes for therapy. We’ll create a personalized plan together that feels manageable and supportive. A typical session often looks like a mix of exploring what’s coming up for you in the moment, working through patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and practicing tools you can take into daily life. Sometimes that means processing emotions and past experiences, other times it’s about learning strategies to quiet food noise, ease body image distress, or navigate postpartum changes. I use a blend of talk therapy, evidence-based approaches, and nutrition-informed care. Above all, I want sessions to feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to what you need most that day.
