We might feel like we are trying to survive what life throws at us, rather than living to the fullest. Maybe we find that certain patterns in our lives are creating problems or old coping strategies aren't working anymore. My goal is to help you live more authentically and freely in your life and relationships. I tailor my approach to best fit the needs of each client, working from an insight-oriented approach to help you gain more of a sense of understanding and self-awareness. I also like to sprinkle in tangible skills and strategies to help you develop new ways of coping.
