What should a new client know about working with you?

As a somatic psychotherapist and ketamine-assisted therapy provider, I work from a whole-body, relational, and transpersonal approach. Your therapeutic process will engage not just your thoughts and emotions, but your felt experience of your body as well. My orientation holds respect for the survival strategies your psyche and body have adopted, and is committed to helping you gradually soften those patterns, reclaim vitality, and live more fully.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with a free consultation call so I can better understand your challenges, strengths, and goals. From there, we meet regularly (often with weekly 50-minute sessions for individuals, 75 minutes for couples, 90 minutes for families or relationships of more than 2) so as to create trust and a solid container within which to deepen into your experience. If ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is part of the plan, we will initially assess eligibility and coordinate with a prescribing provider, before moving into preparation sessions. I do not accept insurance, but offer sliding scale options.
