“I have tried therapy several times and did not like it. I felt judged or that I was not taken seriously. Hannah has been authentic and empathetic. I thought online therapy wouldn't work because I thought I wouldn't have that personal connection and would feel distant, but with Hannah that hasn't been a problem. I found the sessions with her very helpful.”

Getting to know Hannah Wagley

Are you trying to figure out how to live in this current political climate, but others just don't seem to get it? Have you ever wanted a safe space to talk and explore, unfiltered and unafraid of what the other person is going to think? Are you in the lgbtq+ community or an ally looking for an affirming therapist who gets it? If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then keep reading because I might be a good match for you! I help you find a different perspective. I am licensed in Texas with a decade of professional counseling experience. My natural counseling style is more flexible, casual, and exploratory. I like to create a safe space that helps clients get curious about the root cause of why they do what they do. I help clients find more than just band aid solutions. I believe in meeting people where they are at, so I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process! I am an lgbtq+ affirming therapist who is part of the community myself so I work well with clients in the lgbtq+ community. I also work well with those recovering from spiritual abuse and who might be experiencing some form of religious trauma. For those who have undergone spiritual abuse from high control religions, I can help recover from unhelpful, limiting beliefs as we explore the psychological and emotional impact of existing in high control religious environments. Lastly, I work well with clients facing issues related to covert narcissistic abuse, substance abuse, domestic abuse, family enmeshment, and self esteem.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
