I focus on helping you connect more deeply with your body, inner world, and the parts of you that need care and attention.My style is warm, direct, and relational, rooted in curiosity and safety. I draw from psychodynamic, relational-cultural, and trauma-informed approaches to help you unpack your story, feel affirmed, and grow into the fullest version of yourself.
