Something in your life may feel overwhelming, uncertain, or just too heavy to carry alone. Whether you’re navigating grief, struggling with stress or anger, facing a major life transition, or working to build your self-esteem. Life brings challenges we don’t always feel prepared for, and those major life transitions that seem to shake the ground beneath us. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. My approach I have a passion for helping people navigate difficult emotions and find more clarity, strength, and balance in their lives by offering a warm, supportive space for you to pause, reflect, and grow. My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative, grounded in proven methods and guided by what works best for you. I draw from several therapeutic modalities to meet your individual needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is vitally important in the healing process and the outcome of counseling. Therefore, making sure the therapist and client are a good match is critical. I integrate therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you understand what’s holding you back—and equip you with the tools to move forward with peace and confidence. If you choose, we can also incorporate Christian values, scripture, and prayer into your healing process. My focus I incorporate a holistic approach, ensuring we address mind, body, and spirit. I predominantly work with Christian females between the ages of 19 and 50. However, I also see men and non-faith-based clients on occasion. While working together, we’ll create a space where both your emotional and spiritual life are honored. Whether you want to process difficult emotions, build healthier coping strategies, or reconnect with your identity and purpose, I’ll meet you with empathy, evidence-based tools, and a deep respect for your faith journey.
