Harmony Marti, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Renewed Harmony Counseling PLLC, where I work with adults and teens seeking both practical support and deeper self-understanding. My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but by a deep respect for how complex, painful, and transformative it can be to be human. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive care. I strive to create a space where clients of all identities feel seen, respected, and supported in exploring their experiences without judgment. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, reflective, and deeply self-aware—yet still find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. They may be navigating anxiety, emotional intensity, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, or deeper questions of identity, meaning, and how they want to live. I see therapy as a space to slow down, listen more closely, and begin relating to yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and intention. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to help you understand yourself more fully, strengthen the tools available to you, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about returning more honestly to yourself. When we make space to turn inward—with curiosity rather than judgment—we often begin to uncover not only relief, but a deeper sense of meaning, resilience, and connection. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space that feels safe and deeply supportive of that process. I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of treatment settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and shaped by an existential orientation that makes space for both practical change and deeper exploration.
