At some juncture, everyone combats challenges and vaults over obstacles. I prioritize providing adults, couples, and families, a secure, supportive, impartial, and empathetic environment where they can express their stories. In 2012, I earned a master's in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University and have garnered nearly two decades of experience in the aid industry. I've had the privilege of assisting people coping with anxiety, depression, life changes, family disputes, and symptoms of severe, persistent mental illnesses (SPMI). In the last seven years, I've provided my services in mental rehabilitation centers and intensive outpatient programs. I foster the development of effective coping skills for overall wellness, and maintain interactive collaborations with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care, and social service agencies.
