I have been in the field of mental health for 20 years providing assessment and treatment for people with histories of trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, adjustment challenges to major life changes, midlife crisis for women, relationship distress with partners, and parenting difficulties. I work with adult individuals and couples. I believe that pain is often the keyhole to the most vulnerable yet the most beautiful parts of human existence and I am passionate about guiding people in becoming their own locksmiths.
