I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are, even if you're not entirely sure who that is right now. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without pressure to have the "right" words or everything figured out. I strive to balance warmth, humor, and honesty while helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build meaningful, lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. I'll laugh with you, celebrate your wins, sit alongside you through the difficult moments, and gently challenge you when it feels helpful. I don't believe therapy should feel intimidating or like you're being analyzed from across the room. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and with practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

Every client is different, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs and goals. We'll begin by getting to know you, your story, identifying what's bringing you to therapy, and exploring the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy while incorporating psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral techniques to build both insight and practical skills. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels supportive while working toward meaningful and lasting growth.
