What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in clients processing deep rooted trauma especially when it relates to their relationships. The initial sessions will consist of diving into these experiences and collaborating to establish a plan for working through these experiences to help you overcome them. I aim to help you unlearn behaviors that no longer serve you and learn how to care for yourself in a way that best suits you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use an eclectic approach to therapy and combine multiple modalities to make the best suited treatment for you. I am an EMDR trained therapist but I'll use elements of IFS and Psychodynamic with a trauma informed lens depending on your goals in therapy. I also apply LGBTQ affirmative techniques and sex therapy interventions and modify my treatment to best suit your needs and goals.
