In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Very much an acquired taste when looking for a therapist. She is very knowledgeable and relatable to subjects I bring up and want to work on.

Hazel has been so helpful with adjusting to my therapeutic needs in a motivating and supportive way. I am grateful for the accountability and creativity she’s provided me during this difficult time, and I would definitely recommend her to others.
Hazel has so much knowledge about neurodivergence and other comorbid health conditions, which has been so useful to learn about and apply to myself.
I love Hazel! She is the first therapist I've had who I feel truly understands my struggles with being neurodivergent. She has an amazing sense of humor and knows how to use it! I always feel safe to be open and honest with her about my past and thoughts. She is simply the best! <3
