Together, we will focus on and conquer triggers for substance use and abuse, depression, anger management, and establishing coping skills. Moving toward a more functional lifestyle is of utmost importance. I specialize in working with people who are ready to develop healthier ways of managing life. I became a therapist because I was not able to convey in my own words that I needed help. I want to be able to help others who are struggling. I look forward to learning more about you so that I may possibly facilitate you in improving your own situation.
