What should a new client know about working with you?

In our sessions, I offer more than just talk therapy—I guide you through a thoughtful, compassionate exploration of what’s happening beneath the surface. We may begin by identifying the patterns that cause pain or confusion—whether they show up as relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, betrayal, burnout, or simply a feeling that something’s missing. Together, we use tools like the Enneagram, Genograms (a map of your family tree), and key diagrams that reveal where you are in life’s deeper dilemmas. I help you understand how your personality and early relationships have shaped the way you love, cope, and make decisions. We also explore gender differences, communication habits, and emotional wounds—always with the intention to reframe them as part of your human learning, not your failure. My approach is both practical and soulful. We normalize what feels broken and uncover the purpose within it. Whether you’re in crisis or seeking clarity, we’ll work at a pace that supports healing, insight, and forward movement—rooted in your truth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I will remind you that you can ask me questions at any point. And, my intention is to know you accurately because there’s nobody like you. And, that’s one of the reasons my work is always creative. My other focus is on ensuring that you experience something which is positive and practical. Then, I want to hear your story or stories. We will start with examining what was missing which caused your hardships. Many clients tell me that my methods are different because I include education, diagrams and communication with concepts which clarify, validate and normalize their experiences.
