Her spouse's career has allowed her to experience life in many states throughout the country; and in 2011, Heather's family began to call the Houston area home. Heather obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston at Clear Lake in 2017 and earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston's Graduate College of Social Work in 2018. Heather's mission is to provide expert and compassionate mental healthcare to adults and children. Her clinical skills respond with immediacy to address painful challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, abuse, military-related issues, and adoption. Heather's clinical approach is strongly rooted in evidence-based methods proven through research to be beneficial, and she considers the therapeutic relationship between herself and her clients to be of utmost importance. Heather enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to assist them in identifying their strengths while supporting their goals toward a more fulfilling life.
