“Great first meeting with Dr D. However, there has been some communication issues between the doctor herself and Zocdoc website. I initially booked an appointment @ Zocdoc website and as I proceeded through the registration process, was once again asked to book my appointment time. My initial time-block was not available so I booked the co-joining appt time. As it turns out I booked 2 appointments via Zocdoc & the site/staff cancelled either one or both automatically, and the doctor was notified of the cancellation(s). Once i rebooked another appt., I met with the Doctor and she is exactly what I sought in a trauma-based therapy Doctor. I’m looking forward to moving further into my treatment plan with Dr. Distefano. She seems compassionate, honest, respectful & capable of providing the care I require. ”
