Getting to know Heather Di Biase

I have been providing mental health services for 10 years in private practice. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Whether you're looking for brief interventions or long-term support, I'm here for you. My approach My approach to providing care is compassionate, inquisitive, and solution-focused. I'm interested in hearing about your experiences and learning about what would add value and wellness to your life. I partner with clients and will empower you to manage your own well-being. My focus Starting therapy can feel like a big step—whether you’re new to counseling or returning after past experiences. Maybe you already know your goals, or perhaps you just know something needs to change. Together, we’ll explore your needs and create a plan that helps you move toward greater confidence, healthier connections, and a more fulfilling life. My communication style I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. In sessions, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and gentle guidance. While I can be directive, I will inquire about your emotional state and actively seek your insight. My journey to mental healthcare I am interested in whole-person wellness, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the person. I was drawn to becoming a mental health provider because I saw the benefits of pursuing my own mental health wellness and wanted to help others in the same way. I value relationships and aim to be a positive support in your life. My goals for you My goal is to empower you with tools, insights, and support that fits your unique situation and help you move forward. I view you as the expert in your own life and include you in every step of the therapeutic process. Through working together, we will identify steps and approaches to reach healthy outcomes.

Ms. Heather has been instrumental in my child's journey of taking back their mental health. They initially were not on board with doing therapy, but thanks to Heather and her extremely quick thinking, she was able to build a relationship with them, get them talking about things that are near and dear to them, and they now enjoy going to therapy and are living their best life, depression free! They are also a strong advocate for others struggling with their mental health. THANK YOU, HEATHER!
