As a therapist, I draw upon both positive and negative experiences from my life because they help me relate better to what you may be going through. While many clients face similar issues like breakups or postpartum adjustments, no two experiences are identical; my aim remains helping each person regain confidence and discover their true desires so we can create actionable plans to achieve those goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University and am an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Therapist. I am trained in various areas and incorporate mindfulness, mind-body awareness, and trauma-focused techniques. Most importantly, I’m here to listen and accept you as you are while helping you move toward your goals. Healing, like any significant undertaking, may bring challenges, especially in the beginning.
