I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Bloomsburg University and a Master's degree in Social Work from Marywood University. Prior to moving on to private practice I worked with populations and in settings such as a psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program for youth/teens, adult short-term crisis residence, juvenile justice/residential facilities, child welfare, Older Adult protective services, aging, and adults with disabilities. I take a holistic approach and believe that the mind, body, and spiritual aspects of a person's life all require balance and attention for overall wellness. I will meet you where you are at and gently challenge you to reframe your thoughts so that you can see your true potential and strengths. Together we can explore what drives behavior to gain a better understanding on how to move forward and get unstuck from patterns that no longer serve you.
