Hi, I'm Heather, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth therapy to adults and couples in Oregon and Florida. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine relationship where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment—while also being challenged to grow. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, understood, and accepted, while helping you move away from shame and toward greater self-acceptance and confidence. I especially enjoy working with trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, intimacy and sexuality, veterans, neurodivergent adults, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those in the BDSM/Kink and consensual non-monogamy communities. I believe everyone deserves therapy where they don't have to educate their therapist before they can begin healing. I'm genuine, down-to-earth, and I use humor often because sometimes laughter can be just as healing as tears. Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me reading, playing video games, watching anime, tending my garden, spoiling my pets, or planning my next Halloween Horror Nights trip. I also love weaving clients' own interests into therapy. Whether it's video games, books, art, music, fitness, Dungeons & Dragons, or another hobby, I believe healing is often more meaningful when it connects to the things that already bring you joy and help you feel like yourself.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
