Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're navigating difficult life circumstances, relationship challenges, or the stress of involvement with the judicial system. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgemental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families facing a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflict, attachment-related challenges, and life transitions. I also have specialized experience working with individuals and families involved in the judicial system, helping clients manage the emotional, relational and practical challenges that often accompany these experiences.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families facing a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflict, attachment-related challenges, and life transitions. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing happens through connection, understanding, and practical change. This begins with the first session, gathering an understanding of what limitations and concerns you have surrounding the therapeutic process and working together to build the connection for a positive therapeutic experience. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I look forward to helping you move toward a greater well-being and lasting growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is eclectic and individualized, recognizing that no single method works for everyone. I integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting, attachment-based interventions, and other evidence based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Together, we will identify patterns that may be creating obstacles, build effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience.
