With over a decade of experience in mental health counseling, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including inpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, outpatient treatment, and in-home therapy. This diverse background has given me a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges and needs of my clients. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among many other evidence-based practices.
