Hi, I’m here to help you get back to your old self. Life’s problems (divorce, job stress, career change, grief and loss, personal identity, self-esteem and substance abuse) can be difficult to navigate by yourself. I’m here to give you a place to talk-it-out, get some clinical feedback, learn some coping skills and work on solutions that make sense to you.
I’ve been practicing for over 8 years and have worked in community, psychiatric, and individual settings.
Before getting my MA in Clinical Psychology, I taught college English. I loved teaching, but I found that I was most effective at listening to people and helping them to find their unique purpose. I look forward to hearing from you and putting together a plan that hears your story and develops your personal strengths.
