Hello, I'm Heather. I want you to come in, feel comfortable, and feel like you can talk about what's happening in your life. My job is to create an open environment to give you the opportunity to work through anything that may be heavy on your mind. As we talk, we can pull out what's happening and help you find the right solution to give you peace in your life. Come and experience a safe, judgment-free, confidential space that is created for your particular needs. I have a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from The University of Akron. With 14 years of experience in the counseling field, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor. Throughout my practice, I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. My goal is to create a comfortable place for you to feel safe to work through your stressors. My specialty areas include but are not limited to: individual and relational therapy, behavioral issues with children, infertility, pregnancy loss, maternal depression, stress related to health conditions or caregiver stress, strengthening family and relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and anger management, life transitions, divorce/separation, developing communication skills, and career exploration. I like to schedule my own clients, so you won't see hours posted on this portal. Please message me with what days and times work best, and we can schedule.
