What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is a partnership. I believe that every client brings their own unique experiences, and together, we create a plan that fits who you are and what you’re working toward. Sessions are flexible — some days we may focus on skill-building, while other times we may focus on processing and reflection. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting; wherever you are right now is the perfect place to begin. My goal is to provide a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported in creating the changes that matter to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is about getting to know you — what’s going well, what feels challenging, and what you hope to achieve. From there, we’ll work together to build a plan that feels meaningful and manageable, focusing on small steps that create real progress over time. I integrate structured tools like CBT and ACT with open conversation and problem-solving. Throughout therapy, we’ll check in regularly to make sure our work continues to align with your goals and needs. Growth looks different for everyone, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
