Hello, my name is Heather Ramsey, LCSW. I work with a wide range of clients across various demographics. I meet clients where they are and provide encouragement along the way! I look forward to working with you. My approach I utilize CBT and DBT to assist my clients in achieving their goals. Additionally, I work within a strengths-based framework and incorporate family systems as needed. My focus I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. I have found that those ages 11 and older do well with telehealth services using the therapeutic approaches I focus on. My communication style I am very laid back, providing support and assistance in any way I can. I create a cool and calm atmosphere for my clients. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist to help others. One of my friends had a difficult life and inspired me to enter this field. I enjoy helping others recognize their potential! My education I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Campbellsville University, which prepared me to provide compassionate and effective care. My goals for you When setting goals, clients play an active role. It is important for me to meet clients where they are and assist them in reaching where they want to be.
