Getting to know Heather Robinson

At certain times we all could use some extra help. Someone to listen and explore life's changes and challenges without judgement. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to support you through life's transitions and work through barriers to achieving peace and wellness. Together we will choose the best approach which may include cognitive-behavioral, Gottman couples, solution focused, trauma-informed skills, and wellness coaching. Whether your experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief or body image concerns, I can help you achieve change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session we will spend some time getting to know one another and develop a plan to address challenges. Telehealth appointments are offered during the week and are encouraged to be set up with recurring appointments to secure preferred day/time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Following your first session, we will work together to prioritize goals and objectives and determine cadence for appointments.
