Hello, my name is Heather Smith. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia. I currently in the State of Georgia. Are the demands of life overwhelming? Do you find it hard to manage all of your responsibilities? Feeling anxious, depressed or stressed? Dealing with grief or loss? Are you having relational problems? I offer both Christian and secular counseling through Tele-Mental Health. I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, mood instability, interpersonal issues, work related challenges, divorce and a variety of other disorders. Life can be very challenging at times and I can help you to navigate some of its challenges. I look forward to working with you on your journey of wellness. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
