UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I believe in treating each client in a holistic, individualized way that helps them reach their goals. I help my clients process difficult emotions, teach coping skills, and empower them to achieve their objectives. My practice is a nonjudgmental, empathetic space where clients feel supported. I am direct, empathetic, and compassionate. I believe mental health care should be accessible to anyone seeking it and am happy to work with clients from any background, identity, or orientation. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, client-centered care.
