She also offers additional therapeutic approaches to support a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship concerns. Outside of her clinical work, Heather enjoys spending time with dogs and other animals, watching crime shows, learning new things, exploring technology, and staying organized. She also appreciates warm weather and values opportunities to help others feel truly heard and understood.
