What should a new client know about working with you?

Life can be difficult. Managing the ups and downs of life can be especially stressful for those suffering from anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addiction. Putting down unhelpful habits can be hard. Even if you are in recovery, maintenance is not always easy. We often turn to things to make us feel better, not realizing the damage this does. Taking things one day at a time and choosing healthy coping mechanisms can be easier said than done. Sometimes extra support is needed to make the right choices. I believe anyone can change if they find the strength within themselves. I hope to empower you to make the changes you need to in order to be happy with your life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
