What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer an eclectic approach. Not all clients respond to the same modality of treatments. It is important for me to help you find what works best for you. I believe honoring the your theory of change will lead to the greatest success in therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to take a collaborative approach with clients as you are the expert in your life. Therapy is a journey of exploration and healing. I employ modalities that best fit you and adapt as needed. As someone that has worked in the mental health field for well over 15 years, I feel honored to share space with you while you work to explore and heal.
