Reaching out for support takes courage and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to create meaningful change. With more than 15 years experience, I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, grief, stress and low self esteem. I also enjoy supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck or uncertain about their next steps in life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
