Are you struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or life transitions? Do you feel like you are not “doing” enough and unsure about how to move forward? You are not alone. I am a Licensed Social Worker specializing in women’s and adult issues, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strength-based interventions, and mindfulness-based strategies. Through both self-understanding and connection, therapy can be a place to rediscover parts of yourself that may have become lost beneath stress, anxiety, self-critacism, expectations, or the demands of everyday life. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I am especially passionate about supporting women who are working through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, infertility, body image concerns, difficult relationships, parenting challenges, and shifts in identity. Helping clients navigate the uncertainty and complexity that can accompany major life transitions—even when those transitions are positive. Together we will find strategies to help you better cope with life's challenges, move you from feeling disconnected to more connected, from self-doubt toward greater confidence, and from feeling stuck toward a deeper understanding of your authentic self. You deserve a space where you can be honest, supported, and fully yourself. You don't have to do it alone, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
