Welcome! I am glad that you’re choosing to prioritize yourself by looking for ways to create the change that you desire and deserve. Making the decision to participate in therapy and advocate for yourself can sometimes be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe, honest, judgment-free, supportive space that encourages self-exploration and empowers you to be your best self. Just as each person is unique, so too is their therapeutic process. What works for one individual, may not for another. I would be honored to hear your story. I’m on your side. It would be my pleasure to partner with you in your journey and assist in finding the path to change that is fitting for you. We all know that life is filled with challenges, and my life has been no exception. I have learned to overcome obstacles and to accept elements of life that I cannot change. I learned that my circumstances did not define me. I learned how to function even in disfunction, and to be at peace even when life was anything but peaceful. I learned to love my imperfections because they are a part of what makes me who I am. Therapy has been a great asset in my journey. Although our experiences are unique, I’m hopeful that my personal experience combined with over 10 years of working with individuals and families will be an asset to you in setting and achieving your goals. You do not have to do this alone. I obtained my Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State #LW60912071. I have worked with individuals, children, and families in a variety of settings. I have also been trained as a sexual assault advocate, in domestic violence/relationship issues, and co-parenting. I have worked in crisis management and stabilization at the hospital and for the State of Washington. While working for the State of Washington, I found great joy in working with families to keep their children out of the foster care system.
