Getting to know Heidi Jahr

Being a therapist for 13 years with vast experience working with clients from all walks of life, my ideal client may have complex issues including trauma(s), relational discord, chronic physical pain, grief, suffer loss of a loved one, feel loss of hope or direction in life. My greatest desire is to find root causes behind symptoms so that your treatment is life changing. Having been a nurse for 20 years prior to doing therapy, I encourage clients to care for not only mental health but their whole being. Spiritual health is also part of your being and I may encourage growth to help your mental health issues. Most clients feel able to connect with me within the first session. I am one who will join you on your journey to a more fulfilling life!
