Heidi Quinlan, LPC

Heidi Quinlan, LPC

Psychotherapist
MN
As a therapist dually licensed in counseling and substance use treatment, I believe every person carries unique strengths, stories, and untapped potential. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing from evidencebased modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and practical lifeskills development. I'm passionate about helping clients understand how early experiences and relationships shape the way they see themselves, navigate challenges, and connect with others and I'm continually inspired by the powerful ways therapy, supported by neuroscience, can help the brain and body heal. Outside the therapy room, I find joy in traveling, lifelong learning, reading, and cherishing time with my friends and family. Iâm also deeply connected to the mindâbody relationship and believe that true healing honors both. And on any given day, you'll likely hear me mention my love of animals especially my beloved corgi who remind me daily of the importance of presence, curiosity, and play.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
