We will work together to challenge negative beliefs and thinking patterns, create and implement new goals, and provide you with a sense of hope and well-being. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include addiction, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, sex/intimacy issues, spirituality, and stress.
