But when children and adolescents face complex or difficult emotional issues, their lack of life experience and coping skills can make those issues extremely difficult to overcome. That’s where I come in to help. I believe that by creating a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space and using a variety of therapy approaches, such as CBT, Play Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy, we can establish the trusting and positive relationship it takes to bring about real and lasting change. Instead of raising children who turn out okay despite their childhood, let’s raise children who turn out extraordinary because of their childhood.
