There is no 'one size fits all' in therapy, Every client I see is unique and new to me, my job is to understand where YOU are want to be, and I tailor my responses and interventions to you using active listening, compassion, humor, and a deep desire to help. Through this we build a sense of trust and respect that is mutual. I am not a therapist who just 'stares and listens, rather I am interactive. My clients report they feel 'safe' and and there is a trust already being established - even in the first visit.
