My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I use trauma-informed, evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work on building coping strategies, strengthening self-understanding, and fostering resilience so that you can move forward with greater confidence and peace. Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about supporting your growth and helping you uncover the strengths you already carry. Whether you’re in the middle of a big transition, struggling with mental health concerns, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
