Hi, my name is Helen S. Wilson, and I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Touro University. I utilize different methods to help my clients work through issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, and employment stressors. My approach I use solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, as well as other methods to best assist my clients. My focus I am comfortable working with adults to address and resolve issues causing depression and/or anxiety. I also have experience working with couples to sort through relationship difficulties. My communication style Working with me means addressing your issues in a non-judgmental environment. I want my clients to feel free to be completely honest with me. My style is earnest yet informal and infused with humor when appropriate.
