Hi, I'm Henry, and I'd like you to consider a few questions. Are you feeling stuck, telling yourself that you are going to change, but somehow ending up doing exactly what you promised yourself you would not do? Do you convince yourself that you are going to move forward and then find that anxiety, hopelessness, harsh self-judgments, or a bad temper take control and push you backwards? Do you find yourself in relationship patterns that leave you feeling cut off from those you long to be close to? If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. There are reasons you feel this way, and it is not because you are defective or unworthy. We all develop coping strategies to deal with past painful events and trauma. These strategies are so ingrained that we are often not even conscious of them. While they were appropriate to handle difficulties faced in the past, they may well be prohibiting you from living the life you want to live in the present. When you work with me, I want you to feel you are in a safe space, free of judgment, to explore the most vulnerable parts of yourself. My goal is to help you live more and more as the person you want to be. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Barry University and earned my Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. These educational experiences have equipped me to support you with empathy and professional insight as we work together toward your growth and healing.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
