Hello everyone, my name is Henry Knox. I an a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama. I have 20 plus years of experience as an LPC working with families, couples, and individuals as they experience trauma and severe life stressors that at some point has caused their lives to unravel. My greatest passion is to walk side by side with people on their journey to wholeness and bring healing to those who have lived through traumatic and stressful experiences. my specialty areas PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, panic disorder, anger management, grief and loss and trauma related disorders. I use a variety of evidence based therapies that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Reality Therapy, solution Focused Therapy, to name a few. My educational background includes a BA degree from Patten University in Oakland, California and a Masters Degree from COG Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee.
