Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1998 (licensed in NJ since 1995). My experience includes working with adults, and adolescents, with mental health challenges. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE) or the treatment of Veterans/clients with PTSD related to trauma. I look forward to helping my clients overcome stressors related to anxiety, depression, and trauma to be able to lead a healthy quality of life. In our first session together, here's what you can expect My first session requires my clients to help me complete an assessment/evaluation, to get to know them better, and move forward with meeting their mental health needs. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions As a provider, I have a solid understanding of anxiety and trauma, which assists in identifying the challenges that the clients need to process and find solutions for. In addition, my empathy and compassion for helping clients through the therapy process, which can sometimes be very scary, is helpful to meet the client and work at thier pace. The clients I'm best positioned to serve I specialize in anxiety disorders; trauma work; as well as depression, grief, and everyday balance of work/life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
