I earned a master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with a Specialization in Trauma from Pacific Oaks College, and I hold a bachelor's degree from California State University, Los Angeles. I have over 7 years of experience supporting clients, and my goal is to help release clients from thoughts that provoke daily negative experiences and to alleviate mental health symptoms.

I ensure that each session feels comfortable and welcoming to my clients.I build strong trust with each person so they feel like they can be vulnerable and talk about their feelings without judgment. What is your typical process for working with clients?
Once we take the time to get to know one another, we will begin to discuss what brought you to therapy, explore short term, and long term goals, and if time permits, we will start working on a treatment plan that is best suited for you. I bring a warm, empathetic style into every conversation so please know it will be easy to talk to me.
