Getting to know Hillary Hause

I am a clinician for those struggling with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem related issues. I also am here for those struggling with addiction and the family disruption that accompanies loving those who struggle. In addition, I provide support for those struggling with intimacy and sexual health. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and tailored to the client as an individual. I provide a non-judgmental, relaxed space that is centered around making the client feel a sense of warmth and safety. My goal is to provide a space for the client to fully express and explore their emotions. When something traumatic happens to us, it gets locked in the part of our brain that processes our emotions and inhibits us from being able to fully move past the experience. This often results in a negative belief about ourselves. We can use EMDR along with talk therapy to help unlock the experience and remove the negative belief. Whether you are suffering from an addiction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship struggles, partnering with me can help you gain the strength you need to make a commitment to yourself and follow the change through. You do not have to do this alone. I will work with you to help you find a path to more inner peace and happiness.
