In my 30 years as part of the helping profession, I remain committed to helping people overcome obstacles. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University and am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania.
I work with individuals within the context of their family of origin. My experiences include working with individuals, families, and groups of all ages and backgrounds.

What should a new client know about working with you?
After your first session, you can expect to feel safe while exploring triggers you may have blocked from your past.
In the first 2 sessions, expect to answer questions regarding your family history.
Any further questions you may have will be answered and a realistic yet flexible plan will be established during the first few sessions as well.
Every client will be tasked with considering goals they have for therapy . Various tools will be introduced to aid in the client’s discovery of feelings and goals. These may include: brainstorming, writing in a journal, restructuring, role playing, and problem solving,

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
