I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) serving clients via Telehealth, throughout New York State. As your therapist, it is my priority to create a safe and supportive space that promotes growth and positive change. I have been supporting people from the comfort of their own homes via telehealth since 2019 . Most people find it very easy to work with me. My very relaxed style opens up the channels of communication easily, promoting a feeling of security and trust. I work best with people who are 18 years old and up. These individuals are motivated to work towards change, but feel "stuck". They are willing to work with me in a collaborative manner, identifying their strengths, resources and supports to create an action plan that will help them to be more in alignment with their goal for the future.
