Hollie Taylor, LPC

Psychotherapist
GA
Hello, I'm Hollie! I'm a licensed clinician in Georgia, and I've been practicing since 2013. I work with individuals, teenagers, and women who are looking to improve their relationships and overall mental health. In a judgment-free zone, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults who experience frequent depression or low mood, panic or anxiety attacks, difficulty processing trauma, navigating relationships, and life transitions. Therapy can strengthen our ability to explore our thoughts, feelings, self-worth, and awareness. In our sessions, we will identify your therapeutic goals and work together towards achieving them. My goal is to help you experience less stress and anxiety so that you leave our sessions feeling empowered and confident that you are making progress towards breaking the barriers and negative patterns holding you back from achieving your goals. I use a variety of integrative and evidence-based techniques. I am trained in a creative mix of therapeutic practices where clients are centered, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT), and other strength-based approaches. With a background in Therapeutic Recreation, I also use creative, activity-based interventions to address the assessed needs of individuals, especially teens. The goal of our collaborative work together is to help guide you as you form a deeper understanding of yourself, your place in the world, and your relationships with others. After our work together, you will learn how to center your needs, connect with your loved ones in a healthy way, and show up in the world authentically and unapologetically yourself. I encourage you to reach out so we can begin our work together.
